Spiral Dryer Fabric
Spiral Dryer Fabric Polyester spiral dryer fabric is made by using the latest international nonwoven technology and equipment. Polyester material is one of the most advanced drying and filtering materials in the world. Polyester spiral dry mesh adopts high-quality anti hydrolysis polyester monofilament, which is formed by forming, weaving, finishing and shaping, and has unique performance.

Round Yarn Dryer Fabric
It is a braided dryer fabric with four healds and double layers. It is made of circular high-strength warp and weft. The stable operation of the double-layer warp knitting machine and the operation of the double-layer web are ensured. The uniform and smooth surface of dry mesh greatly improves the heat transfer and drying capacity.

Flat Yarn Dryer Fabric
The warp thread is flat wire, which is a layer and a half braided structure, which improves the stability of the mesh. The braiding structure concept of large warp section can improve the operation efficiency, reduce the pulling of the dry web on the paper sheet, reduce the wear of the paper on the dry mesh, and improve the service life of the dry mesh. Dryer fabrics mesh belt is mainly used in multi-cylinder fourdrinier paper machine and multi-cylinder vat machine, adapting to various types of board paper, corrugated paper, kraft paper, bag paper, bobbin paper, linoleum base paper, train ticket paper, slab paper, pulpboard paper, and heavy-duty writing and wrapping paper.

 

How to Choose Dryer Fabric

Dryer fabric with small ventilation is adapt for the first platoon of the dryer, due to the fresh sheets from pressing sector are in high moisture and low strength to be marking sensitive. The medium ring of spiral dryer fabric should be used in the middle dryers, and for the latter dryer cylinders, big loop dryer fabrics should be applied, because the sheets became dryer and greater permeability is required.

Dryer fabrics with improper air permeability will be counterproductive, too small ventilation will make the sheets moisture uneven in lateral, and too big will cause sheets to shock on the belt, and much more steam will condense and drop on the sheet when meeting lower outer temperature.
