Installation


Working principle of air springs

When a air spring works, the inner cavity is filled with compressed air to form a column of air. As the vibration load increases, the height of the spring decreases, the volume of the inner cavity decreases, the stiffness of the spring increases, and the effective bearing area of the inner cavity air column increases, so the bearing capacity of the spring increases.

When the vibration load decreases, the height of the spring increases, the volume of the inner chamber increases, the stiffness of the spring decreases, and the effective bearing area of the air column in the inner chamber decreases.
