Product Description

The gravure coating process relies on an engraved roller running in a coating bath, which fills the engraved dots or lines of the roller with the coating material.
The excess coating on the roller is wiped off by the Doctor Blade and the coating is then deposited onto the substrate as it passes between the Engraved roller and a Pressure Roller.
There are three different ways of gravure roll manufacturing . One has to choose a correct type depending upon the required coating gram mage and the material to be coated.

Performance
1. The whole machine adopts 4 frequency conversion motor control, the whole machine adopts automatic tension control, and the speed keeps synchronous
2. The discharging rack is independent and adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. Anilox coating method: the coating scraper shaft adopts heavy type double axis mechanical independent swimming, the scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic, the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, the coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roller, and different coating amount can be replaced by different mesh roller.
4. The oven is divided into 4 sections with independent temperature control. The heating adopts electric heating and hot air entry drying system.
5. The guide wheel in the oven is synchronized with the main engine, and the transmission is driven by synchronous belt wheel to reduce material tension and deformation.

1. The intermediate tension of coating roll and traction steel roller is synchronized by floating arm type automatic tension control
