Product Description

Rubber roller are used in different part of paper production line,such as forming part, press part, drying part, applicator and coating, calecder part and so on. Usually, couche roll and guide roll are used in forming section, and suction press roll is mainly used in press section.

Our advantage

2.Bulkhead is HT200 or ordered by customer. 

3.Roller and inside and outside diameter will be processed. 

4.And after that we will process rollers' dynamic balance to improve machines' stability. 

5.And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance.
 

Working process

Before machining, the engineer will give away the technology card for each process acc. to drawing for quality control.
During the machining, the workers will test the dimensions at each step, then marked in the technology card.
When machining finished, the professional testing personnel will do 100% retesting again.
 

Packing&Delivery

products will packaged according to their shapes, weight, transport distance and transport modes.
Large machines will be packaged in sections.every part export machinery will be in standard export package seaworthy wooden case waterproof film, straw rope, carton box etc
