Single double triple layer forming fabric

Sun Hong Forming Fabric produced with imported Equipment 14m German Weaving machine. Wide weaving width makes sure the rate of finished products yields. Austria Automatic seaming machine obtains Average splice point and strong constructions and Norway 14,5m heatsetting machine. Sun Hong Forming Fabric is charactized by superb dimensional stability, excellent anti-wear property, minimum drainage resistance, allows for smallest thread mark, great retention of fiber fines and much longer lifespan.

Installation

When installing the forming wire, firstly let the wire be slightly tensioned, add water to lubricate the operation, adjust the tension to normal after sizing, keep the tension of the low-speed paper machine at 3-4 kg/cm², and high speed one at 4-6 kg/cm².

How to protect the fabric

Put the polyester net into the application workshop one week earlier. To get used to the temperature change.

Avoid touching with sharp edges, prohibit smoking and open fire work in the vicinity of the polyester fabric

Keep the temperature under 150ºC, the tension of single-layer forming fabric should be controlled at 40-50N/cm, double-layer under60-70N/cm.

Pay attention to the scientific use of cleaning agents when cleaning polyester net, chemical cleaning must choose neutral or 5% cold alkali solution with soft brush, and then immediately rinse with water.
