The High(Middle) consistency stuff cleaner can efficiently remove contaminants like sand, glass, chips, pins etc. from the pulp stock. it is easy to install,and can protect the further screening and refining equipment from wear and abrasion.
 

Application

1.High(Middle) consistency stuff cleaner can eliminate heavy impurities in diameter from waste paper stock.

2.As a coarse screening and cleaning equipment, it is usually a downstream equipment of hydrapulper.It can also be installed as an important equipment to protect the operation of down-stream processing equipments.

Features

1.Feeding pipe with a certain angle of inclination will form a strong force of vortex flow to separate the heavy impurity effectively.
2.Cone body is adopted alumina wear resistant ceramic which ensures long useful time.
3.Two-cone structure reduce fiber loss while raise heavy impurity separation efficiency.

Working Principle

The tangential inlet accelerates the stock to downward centrifugal motion. Due to centrifugal rotation of the rotor, the Impurities with high specific gravity are forced to the outer wall of cone and downward to collect in a trap. The cleaned stock is discharged from the cleaner through a central discharge pipe from the bottom side.
