The Headbox is located at the begining of the paper machine. Headbox is the key part of modern paper machine.Headbox plays a decisive role in paper making process, it in charge of put the pulp suspension on the wire at a constant speed and with a defined fiber direction. It considerably influences the paper's technological performance. Therefore, there are high requirement on it's accuracy and precision.
Square cone, distributor, plexiglass, three step diffusion, spiral hole homogenate roller, front and rear adjustable upper lip plate, worm gear whole adjustment and spinner local adjustment.
Both sides of the wall are equipped with plexiglass visual hole, and the two sides of the spray mouth are equipped with a quick open flush door, which is convenient for observing and cleaning the inner part of the headbox.
The top of the tank is provided with visual windows and water spraying devices. The rear side of the square tube is provided with a cleaning device and a pressure balance display tube, respectively, for cleaning the stepped diffuser and observing the pressure balance.
1.Open headbox
Used for paper machine with speed below 250m/min,pulp speed controlled by liquid level height.
2.Air cushion headbox
It is used for paper machine with the speed of 250-600m/min and the pulp is controlled by air cushion pressure.
3.Hydraulic headbox
Used for paper machine with speed greater than 900m/min.
It can effectively disperse fibers. High turbulence headbox can produce high-intensity micro turbulence, which can effectively disperse fibers, prevent fiber precipitation and flocculant together again, and effectively improve the strength of paper.
Distribute the paper evenly along the transverse direction of the paper machine. (determines the lateral quantitative distribution of the web)
The spraying is stable to ensure the coordination of slurry speed and mesh speed. (determine the longitudinal quantitative distribution of the paper web.
