The High(Middle) consistency stuff cleaner can efficiently remove contaminants like sand, glass, chips, pins etc. from the pulp stock. it is easy to install,and can protect the further screening and refining equipment from wear and abrasion.

principle

The working principle of the Stuff Cleaner is designed according to the principle of centrifugal force. By accelerating the solid particles in the pulp, it can effectively remove the slag from the pulp by the settlement caused by gravity and the separation process caused by centrifugal force.
Its structure is mainly composed of a circular platform vertebral body below and a cylindrical cylinder above.

Application

High consistency stuff cleaner can operate continuously at the consistencies of up to 2.5~5% in order to eliminate heavy impurities larger than Φ3mm in diameter from waste paper stock.
