Production Description
We manufacture a wide range of color coating line that incorporates surface preparation, service coating, heating, cooling, prime coating, top coating, printing and guard film application. It works on Progold treatment that offers better adhesion of paint with substrate corrosion resistant. It is provided with a drier to dry the surface in a temperature between 100 to 120 deg C. During service coating process, paint application is done by paint coating machine. Ovens for baking temperature depend on line speed and thickness of coil. There is a centre position controller that is provided to squeeze the water and control the sheet at centre position. Finally prime coating and top coating/printing are carried out by paint coating machines.
Performance and characteristic
1. The whole machine is controlled by 6 frequency conversion motor;
2. The form of discharging rack is single station, and magnetic powder automatic tension control is adopted;
3. For the anilox coating method, the coating scraper shaft adopts heavy type double shaft mechanical independent swimming, the scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic type, and the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily. The coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roll, and the different coating amount can be replaced by the anilox roller with different mesh lines;
4. The oven is 9 meters, with independent temperature control, electric heating, hot air entering drying system, adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device, strong wind power of inlet and exhaust, and thorough drying;
5. The guide wheel in the oven is synchronous with the main engine, and the transmission is driven by synchronous belt wheel to reduce the material tension and deformation;
6. The intermediate tension of coating roll and traction steel roller is controlled by floating swing arm;
7. Automatic meter and speed control device;
8. EPC alignment machine is used to correct the deviation, so as to make the material winding orderly;
9. The retraction and release shaft adopts key type air expansion shaft, which is convenient for loading and unloading;
10. High precision up pressure type traction device, steel roller cooling adopts water circulation type, through the cooling roller, the film is smoother, smoother, and more cooling effect is achieved;
11. The take-up frame is single station, and the winding is controlled by frequency conversion motor and vector frequency converter.
Application
This machine is made by introducing foreign exquisite coater technology and combining with years of experience in producing coater. This machine adopts multi-function coating machine with wet lamination, coloring and printing, which is suitable for producing gold and silver cards, tea packaging paper, cigarette wrapping paper and other coating products.
