Application

1.Used to the pharmaceutical,chemical,alcohol,vinegar,coal washing,mining,paper pulp washing,sludge dewatering,food and drying industry.
2.Monofilament Filter fabrics is mainly applied for the medium fine particles . Very good filter efficiency , smooth surface , easy washing . 
3.Multi filter fabrics and Monofilament filter cloth belt , they have great filtration and mechanical properties (including high bending resistance), which makes them suitable for wide belt filters with high demands on mechanical properties of the fabric.

Features

1.Spiral filter screen is a kind of spiral net with filler in the middle, which can reduce the air permeability, compact the mesh, reduce the material loss on the mesh, and increase the lateral stiffness of the mesh

2.Due to the herringbone design of the mesh belt, the sludge and the mesh belt can be peeled off quickly, and it is not easy to stick the mud. A large amount of sludge is produced, which is easy to clean and connect quickly and conveniently.

3.Spiral pressure filter net is mainly used for sludge dewatering in sewage treatment plant. It has the characteristics of air permeability and water permeability, high temperature resistance of 180 ºC, acid and alkali resistance and impermeability of sludge.

4.Due to its design structure, sludge is easy to be stripped after pressure filtration, so it is easy to clean. The service life of the net is long.

5.This product is specially designed for sludge dewatering.
