1. Roughness Ra0.005 (finish above 14 grade), without any vibration pattern, stripe, bristle pattern.
2.Straightness, runout, coaxiality ≤ 0.005mm.
3.Cooling or heating temperature difference ≤ ± 1 ºC.
4.Thermal deformation≤0.01mm.
5.After quenching, the hardness of roll surface is HRC55~58, after hard chrome plating, the hardness is HRC65 or above.
6.Application: PVC, ABS, PP, PT, PE, PC and other kinds of plastic sheet, plate, film, paper, leather, metal, cloth, decoration and other materials surface calendering and calendering.
