Product Description

Vacuum box is a kind of device that uses the high pressure difference inside and outside the box to enhance dehydration. The dryness of the wet paper is about 2 ~ 3% before passing through the vacuum box, and it can reach 10 ~ 14% after passing through the vacuum box, and the paper tightness is also increased.Vacuum suction box is used for removing the white water within pulp by vacuum suction.
 

Application

Dewatering equipment beneath the forming fabric helps drain water from the stock and conduct it away into the whitewater system. We can offer you a comprehensive range of polyethylene and ceramic dewatering elements to suit virtually all positions and OEM machine configurations.

Notice

We choose the number of vacuum box according to the type of paper, paper machine model, copy speed etc, generally we use 7 ~ 9 boxes.

In the folder or stacked network paper machine, due to the wet paper page dryness greatly improved, the number of suction box greatly reduced, usually only use 2 ~ 5, or even 0.

In order to adapt to the changes in the dryness of the wet paper sheet, the vacuum level of the suction box should be gradually increased.

You can't just increase the vacuum to force dewatering, which would accelerates the wear of fabric, and has a negative impact on fabric's lifespan.
