Structure
The vacuum cylinder mould former comprises a frame, and a square cone tube is arranged at the bottom of the frame for slurry feeding;
The machine frame is provided with a plurality of boxes, and an air pump is arranged above the box.
The air pump is connected with the inside of the box, and the air is pumped to make the inside of the box close to the vacuum state.
Application
Paper machine cylinder mould is mainly used in tissue paper machine or other small capacity paper making line, the total length of the machine is short, it work slowlyand it is easy to operate.
Common problemes and causes
Sometimes the fixed copper fabric is loose in one direction,usually during paper machine production, the looseness is less present, it needs regular inspection and maintenance.
In the pulp production process, it happens frequently that resin, asphalt and other impurities block the wire mesh, which leads to decline of filtering ability of copper network ,and make it difficult for paper making machine to operate.
If the speed of the press felt and the the cylinder mould are not the same during operation, the net will wrinkle.
