Forming Board
The special design structure of the forming board is that it can be installed near the breast roll or the breast roll scraper. High Vacuum suction box
The structural design of the vacuum suction box is reasonable and is a sealed structure. It is pumped by vacuum pump to make the paper excessive from low-pressure dehydration to high-pressure rapid dehydration, so as to accelerate the paper drying and enhance the dehydration effect and paper forming. Both ends of the panel are equipped with adjusting blocks to adjust the suction width of the paper sheet. The adjusting block is also equipped with a lubrication device, which can reduce the friction coefficient and increase the service life of the net through clean water lubrication.

Working Principle
The suction box dewatering is based on the suction effect of the vacuum pump, which generates a high pressure difference between the top and bottom of the paper to force the dewatering of the wet paper. It help to transfer the paper to the press section with a higher dryness.
In the jet-fixing process, the suction box is installed under each spunlace device. It adopts a vacuum suction type. The suction box sprays the water from the spunlace head on the supporting net curtain into the water vapor separator. After that, the air is discharged by the blower, and the water is sent to the filtering device by the pipeline through the pipeline. The moisture content of the web after water absorption can be reduced to 25% to 35%
