What is Spiral Dryer Fabric

Dryer fabric is used in dryer section, it can replace dryer felt.The paper sheet moves around heated dryer cylinder,where remaining water is removed by evaporation.Dryer fabric makes the paper sheet and dryer cylinder contact closely through the dryer section.
The manufacturing process of polyester mesh is generally: shaping, weaving, primary setting, plug-in, secondary setting.
Polyester mesh has the characteristics of high strength, small deformation, good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long life.
 

Application
It is mainly used in paper mill paper drying, textile printing and dyeing products drying, suitable for the speed below 600m/s.
Suitable for bottom net of horizontal belt vacuum washer (replacing rubber belt).

Maintenance
If the paper pulp contains a large amount of waste paper, then the clean lines of the dry web is very important. Some impurities can adhere to the dry web so that the ability to evaporate water is limited.Make the paper web thinner and even appears paper holes. It is recommended to clean it in time with high pressure or with professional cleaning equipment.
Use
Generally, the drying part of the paper machine adopts a double-row drying cylinder arrangement.The upper and lower drying cylinders are equipped with a dry screen, it will presses the paper against the surface of the drying cylinder and leads the paper runs around the dryer.By using the temperature of the dryer to evaporate the moisture on the surface of the paper, and then takes the wet air away with natural ventilation or necessary mechanical ventilation, so the paper is dried.
