Hydrapulper Rotor
Hydrapulper is one of the most commonly used pulping equipment in the pulp and paper industry. Mainly disintegrates pulp boards, used books, and used cardboard boxes.
Through dissociating, it can maximum make the paper's fiber dissociating into fiber bundles or single fibers, while at the same time, it can maximize maintain impurity's shape and strength. Hydrapulper has the advantages of large capacity, high efficiency and small area.
Application
Screen plate is mainly used in pulp machine such as D-type hydropulper, HC hydropulper, fiber separator ,etc. Slot diameter and size can be made according to customer's requirment. We have High chromium cast iron, nickel chromium alloy, alloy, stainless steel, tungsten carbide ,these material are available for customer.
Rotor for Fiber Separator
Fiber separators are mainly used for impurity separation, pulp residue separation, and pulp grinding in the pulp making process, and are suitable for production needs of different scales. The equipment uses sieve plates to screen the pulp, and the sieve aperture can be adjusted according to the needs.
The screen plate is made of stainless steel material, with a sieve aperture of 3.2 millimeters and an operating pressure of 1 megapascal. The sieve structure is conical.
