Wood Chip Pressurized Thermal Refiner

Thermal refiner system consist of pre-heating screw bin, boiler, refiner etc..The machine continuously conveys the wood chips of certain specifications , extrudes the excess water through the feeding screw and forms the wood plug, seals the high pressure steam in the digester, after the wood chips are softened by steam heating, the wood chips are sent to the host machine through the transporting screw between the dynamic and static grinding discs for grinding, so as to separate the wood chips into qualified fibers.

The separated fibers and the steam are together from the body of the grinding chamber to the dryer continuously and uniformly via the discharge pipe.
