1.Trimming shall be neat, rewinding shall be loose and tight, and width shall be adjusted at will
2.Easy to operate and maintain,
3.The round knife of the slitter adopts pneumatic lifting
4.The motor of the slitter is easy to control, slitting and rewinding speed.
The slitting machine is mainly used for paper making machinery and printing and packaging machinery. Common slitting machines include film slitting machine, paper slitting machine, carbon belt slitting machine, etc. It is connected with the air expansion shaft by the transmission parts, and the unwinding speed is controlled by controlling the torque of the magnetic particle brake.
The magnetic powder brake of the slitter is mainly used to provide balanced and stable torque, which can be adjusted with the tension controller to improve the efficiency and quality of the unwinding work and the whole operation of the slitter.
1. The paper slitter must cut the whole roll or the whole raw material with a fixed length. For example, plastic packaging materials, packaging cartons, steel plates, films, leather, wood chips, etc. must be cut with a fixed length.
2. The cutting length can be set continuously. If the actual cutting length has errors, it is easy to calibrate by setting parameters.
3. The paper slitter's segmentation control is divided into static and dynamic segmentation: stop correctly when the set length reaches, and static segmentation processing. When the set length of the paper slitter that starts running again after segmentation reaches, it does not stop sending segmentation signals, and the slitter dynamically splits and processes during the material movement.
