Our design Yankee Dryer,absorb the foreign advanced technology concept,adopt U groove structure for the internal surface of shell,strengthen its rigid,make the heat transfer area enlarge,reduce the thickness of condensate film,and improve the drying efficiency.

 

Drying principle

The saturated steam introduced from the steam joint is condensed inside the dryer cylinder, and the heat released
causes the temperature of the dryer cylinder to rise,so as to heat the paper sheet coated on the surface of the roller shell.
Heat is transferred to the paper in contact with the surface of the paper and the dryer. 

Steam condenses to produce a large amount of condensed water after the heat is released from the steam.
These condensed water is attached to the inner surface of the dryer by centrifugal force due to the rotation of the dryer,
and forms a water ring at a high angular velocity, which hinders the transfer of heat to the dryer surface.
Siphon condensate will be promptly discharged.
When the speed is low will not form a water ring, but there will be condensation in the dryer splash, accumulation.
