Design Feature

By adopting the vacuum coming from the drop leg extraction,and also with the helps from filtration media,Disc Filter separates the soilds& filtrates and gets different quality filtrates divided by the distribution value.Currently Disc Filter is widely used for white water recyling and pulp thickening. When used as saveall, it recycles water and fibers;When used for thickening, it achieve high production rate via unit machine but low fiber loss content.Outlet consistency canreach to 12-14%.Its performance has successfully reached to the national advanced standards.
