The rewinding machine is a special equipment for paper, mica tape and film. Its purpose is to rewind the paper roll produced by the paper machine (called the original paper roll), and the paper is re-rolled to make the finished paper. The AC drive of the factory rewinding machine has replaced the DC drive in the paper machine industry and has become a development trend. The paper roll taken by the reel is relatively soft, the inside may be damaged or broken, the edges on both sides are not neat, the paper, the width of the sheet, etc. can not be directly used in paper processing or printing machines, most paper types (such as Newsprint, letterpress printing paper, wrapping paper, etc.) must be cut through the rewinder, cut, joints, re-rolled on the paper core to form a certain specification, the finished paper roll with a certain tightness requirement can be shipped.

A.For paper width up to 350Omm to make bathroom tissue, kitchen towels and industrial rolls up to 300mm diameter. Equipped with variable perforation length system to satisfy any length need. The speed of thisrewinderisupto260m/min, 6cyles per minute, including:
(1) Two steel to rubber or steel to paper embosser units
(2) Two or three back stands, with a double or three belt driving system,for jumbo rolls up to 1500mm diameter, and with a pneumatic loading of jumbo roll system.
B.This line will automatically change logs and unload the finished products, and automatically
trim and seal the tails of the logs,leaving a lipabout20mmtomakeiteasyfor consumers to start using the rolls without tearing the paper at the seal.
C.All the driven system to be by means of timing belts, nylon belts and gears, for years of free maintenance. Elect-rical eyes will be mounted on
the different parts of the line to monitor the machine and stop it in case it runs out of paper,cores or any other unforeseen problems.The lubrication systems will be provided on the major parts of the line.
D.The motor power is 7 .5KW.Variable frequency control depending on the final specifications and requirements.
E.This line is to be controlled by a PLC of your choice.
