Classification of dryer fabric

Spiral  dryer fabric is to add the filler wire into the spiral ring, reduce the loss of material on the net.
Mainly used for pressing and filtering belt of belt dehydrator.
Suitable for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, vinegar industry, coal washing, mining, paper washing pulp, sludge dewatering and drying industries.

Flat yarn dryer fabric is suitable for the dryer part of paper machine, the warp line of the dryer fabric is adopt flat and high hydrolysis-resistant special-shaped monofilament, weft wire is adopt high hydrolysis-resistant monofilament. The paper has a larger contact area with the wet paper and the best evaporation and moisture discharge way through the special braiding method. The interface is warp self-generated ring interface, high strength, no interface trace.

Have you encountered any of the following problems?
Hole: Use a needle sewing method, the direction of the suture should be consistent to reduce the paper net marks.
Cracked edges: First use a piece of plastic monofilament with U shape through both sides of the dry net, and then sew with a needle and thread, and seal the plastic monofilament with sealing glue.
Local pleating: Stop the operation of the machine first, pull out the dry net, and iron the dry net with a steam iron

Maintenace
If the paper pulp contains a large amount of waste paper, then the clean lines of the dry web is very important. Some impurities can adhere to the dry web so that the ability to evaporate water is limited.Make the paper web thinner and even appears paper holes. It is recommended to clean it in time with high pressure or with professional cleaning equipment.
