The tension of the bottom wire of paper machine is a kind of equipment used to adjust the tension of the bottom wire. There is a tension roller between the two tensioners. The mesh moves on the tension roller, and the tension of the bottom wire should be adjusted in advance.

If the tension of the bottom wire is too large, the bottom wire will be stretched too much, and the bottom wire will be damaged or stretched too large, which will affect the quality of the paper.

If the tension of the bottom wire is too small, the bottom wire will be uneven, which will affect the quality of the paper. Therefore, the paper machine needs to use the automatic compensation function of the tensioner to adjust the tension of the bottom wire.
