Expansion Type Mechanical Chuck

Expanding mechanical grippers lock paper cores securely in place by means of a unique clamping method. In contrast to traditional air-expanding shaft or keyed holders, expanding holders use mechanical principles to achieve efficient core clamping through clever design of the internal structure. This not only avoids the problem of paper wastage that may occur in the traditional way, but also improves production efficiency.

On the corrugated paper production line, the expanding mechanical chuck is able to clamp the paper core tightly and stably, ensuring that the rolled paper does not shift or loosen. While traditional air-expanding shafts may have problems such as unstable air pressure and air leakage, the expanding chuck performs the clamping task more reliably by mechanical means.
 

Main Feature

1. Shaft-less design structure improves the speed of winding and unwinding;
