Mill Roll Stand

 

The mill roll stand is used as the roll out device of the base paper in the corrugated board production line. At present, the corrugated base paper holder on the market includes the frame, the guide rail installed on the frame, the clamping arm used with the guide rail and the paper chuck installed on the clamping arm. Its function is to clamp the original paper cylinder through the clamping arm and the paper chuck.

The mill roll stand comprises a frame, a cross beam is horizontally arranged on the frame, a slide rail is arranged on the cross beam, a pair of vertical clamping arms are relatively arranged, and a driving mechanism for driving the relative sliding of the fixed arm and the telescopic arm is also included.

Structural Features

Full hydraulic drive is used to complete the action of clamping, loosening, moving centering, left and right translation of the original paper, and the hydraulic drive is used for the lifting of the original paper. The multi-point brake system is adopted for brake adjustment.

Each paper rack is equipped with two paper loading trolley which can be fed simultaneously from both sides.
