The desulfurization filter mesh is mainly used for rubber belt vacuum filter,horizontal vacuum filter, vacuum drum filter, vertical filter press. It's for solid liquid separation in the wet desulfurization of power plant, tailings, metallurgical , mining,chemical, coal chemical,paper, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protechtion industry.

Coal Desulfurization Industry

At present, there are many research directions of desulfurization technology, including dry method, semi dry method and wet method. The dry desulfurization technology is mainly desulfurizer, and the desulfurization products are in dry state, with simple process flow and no secondary pollution,It occupies less land, has high reliability and low investment, but the system operation cost is high.
 

The characteristic of semi dry desulfurization process is that it reacts in gas, solid and liquid, and uses the sensible heat of flue gas to increase the moisture in the absorption liquid, so that the final product is dry powder. Generally, the desulfurization machine selected for semi dry desulfurization is Cao or Ca (OH) ₂
 

Wet desulfurization is mainly a process of introducing sulfur dioxide in flue gas into absorbent solution or slurry through cooling, and recovering S02 and other by-products through reaction. It has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency and recyclable absorbent. From the perspective of market share, limestone / gypsum desulfurization process with relatively mature wet process is basically selected in the market, and its share in China's flue gas treatment market is more than 85%.
