Structure

Structure:
1. The drum chipper consists of a machine base, knife roller, upper and lower feeding rollers, feeding device, hydraulic system, electrical control system and other parts.
2. The machine base is welded with high-strength steel plates and is the supporting foundation of the entire drum chipper.
3. Install two flying knives on the knife stick, and use specially manufactured flying knife bolts to fix the flying knives on the knife stick through the pressure block.
4. According to the different thickness of the cutting raw materials, the upper feeding roller assembly can float up and down within a certain range with the help of the hydraulic system.
5. The cut qualified pieces will fall through the mesh holes and be discharged from the bottom. Large pieces will be cut again in the machine.
6. Hydraulic system of drum chipper: The hand oil pump supplies oil to the oil cylinder, which can activate the cover to facilitate the replacement of the blade. During maintenance, the upper feeding roller assembly can be lifted to facilitate the adjustment of the flying knife and bottom knife. Disassembly and assembly of gaps and comb boards.
