Felt Fabric Cleaning System Spray Oscillator

The electromechanical spray swing oscillator precisely synchronizes the spray swing with the machine speed and mesh circulation to ensure thorough cleaning of the forming fabric, dryer fabric and press felt. Swinging spray systems are crucial for cleaning mesh, rollers, or cylinders, and are typically paired with higher strength needle shaped nozzles to achieve deeper cleaning effects or better water flow distribution in lubrication or chemical spray applications.

Main Component

The oscillator body consists of two parts: a mechanical oscillation cylinder that includes a complete set of valve components, and an electronic control device installed in the electrical box.
