Papermaking seam felt is an indispensable dehydration equipment for the wet end and press end of modern papermaking. The paper-making seam felt is loaded on the press roller on the paper machine to carry and transfer the paper. The paper-making blanket removes the moisture of the wet paper sheet under the extrusion of the press roller or vacuum suction, which can modify the surface of the paper sheet to a certain extent.

The fiber net is formed on both sides of the base cloth by needling. The fiber net includes the surface layer with paper surface and the inner layer with paper surface on one side of the base cloth, and the reverse layer on the other side of the base cloth.
 

The seam unit includes two layers of warp threads and seam rings, the two layers of warp threads are woven on the weft threads respectively, at least part of the warp threads of one layer of the two layers of warp threads pass through the seam ring, and form another layer of warp threads with the warp threads of the other layer of warp threads;

Installation Instructions

The front side of the felt is the sizing surface, the felt surface has a running direction arrow, after installation in the direction of the arrow, first rinse with warm water (50-60 degrees is appropriate), and add 5-10% sodium hydroxide or detergent. After idling cleaning for 15-20 minutes, and then idling depends on the actual situation, generally in 2-3 hours, the felt can be fully soft.

The tension of the felt should not be to tight in the early stage of use, the speed should not too fast. Slow down two to three hours before putting the new felt on the machine, the test speed is between 70-80m/min, which can be raised to 90-100m/min after 24 hours, and 100-130m/min after 36 hours, then use it slowly at full speed. After using it for a week, you must clean it once.

The felt beater can only be used in the later stage of the use of the felt. To clean the felt, you must first understand the felt material. According to the principle of acid resistance but not alkali resistance of the polyester fiber, alkali resistance but not acid resistance of the nylon fiber, the detergent should be reasonably mixed. When you must use acid pickling, strictly control between 3% and 5%, and the nylon felt cannot be pickled, because the surface of the felt will be dissolved under the action of acid, so it can't be used, wash it with fresh water in time after washing, and the residual acid can be neutralized with alkali.
