The main welding body of membrane transfer sizing machines is heat-treated of high temperature, in order to eliminate its welding stress.
Firstly, a layer of uniform rubber film is coated on the surface of the transfer roller through the measurement of the metering roller, and then it is moved to the paper sheet in the transfer pressing area. This method can ensure good operation performance, good coating accuracy and operation safety. It has a unique groove metering method, and its sizing amount can be adjusted by changing the steel wire rod winding different diameter steel wire to adjust the solid content of the coating, High quality roller barrel manufacturing accuracy ensures the quality of paper sizing.
The unique deflection compensation mechanism is used to compensate for the pressure adjustment between the metering rod and transfer rod, which can ensure good covering and uniformity even when the coating amount is very low. The sizing with high solid content can be realized, and the glue concentration can reach 16% ~ 20%, which is twice as high as that of the ordinary sizing press, The same amount of sizing can reduce the steam consumption by half and realize the stable operation at high speed.
