Production Description Middle consistency Pulp pump is suitable for concentration of 6%-8%(chemical pulp, semi-chemical pulp, mechanical pulp and chemical mechanical pulp, wasto pulp and chermical pulp fiber,the dirty mudfiber) ,temperature 120 ºC.head: 10-70 m.quantity 36-800 m3/ h.lt adopts spiral centrifugal single-vane impeller,has vory good performance through the solid medium, suitable for liquid, mud and large solid and thick pulp and continuous pumping of long fiber pulp.
Working Principle
The impeller is assembled eccentrically inside the casing. When the impeller revolvesas the indicated direction in above figure,the liquid is thrown outwards under centrifugalforce to form a liquid ring rotating concentrically with the casing. As a result. Acrescent pocket area is developed between hub and the inner surface of the liquid ring. Asrotation proceeds from point"A"to"B", the pockets area between adjacent vanesbecomes progressively larger.vacuum is set up and gas is drawn in via the suctionport. And as rotation proceeds from point"C"to point"A", the pocket becomes smaller,the gas is compressed to be as much as outside pressure,then it is finally ejectedout through discharge port.
