Product Description:
1. Vacuum press rolls are mostly used in medium and high-speed paper machines.
2. The vacuum press roller belongs to the pressing equipment of the press department of the papermaking industry. It consists of a body layer, a wall layer and the inner cavity of the roller shell. The main layer and the surface layer are provided with connected through holes, and the surface layer is provided with blind holes.
3. The main characteristic of the vacuum press roller is that there are many through holes with smaller diameters on the roller shell.
4. Double spiral holes are drilled on the surface of the papermaking vacuum pressure roller, with a hole diameter of 4mm and an opening rate of 12.2%. The roller body material is SUS304. The vacuum box, water pipes and connectors are all made of stainless steel. The entire chamber can be removed for maintenance. The maximum suction width is 3850mm. The minimum air suction width is 3430mm.
Function:

Application:

In addition, pressing can also improve the surface quality of the paper, increase the tightness of the paper, and improve the strength of the paper. Dewatering in the press section should be uniform across the width of the paper web. When the paper page is partially too dry or too wet, the paper web will be partially overdried and crushed.
