Application
Used for sizing in fourdrinier wire section of paper making machine for producing the cardboard paper, corrugated base paper, writing and printing paper, offset paper and so on.

Classification

Air Cushion type headbox can increase the sizing pressure to meet the requirements of medium and high speed paper machines.
The headbox consists of square taper tube device, evener roll device, top lip plate adjusting device, box body,control system, spraying device, air path system, etc.The headbox is designed with customer performance parameters, which can ensure work performance.

Open headbox (with two-distribution rolls) stock flow process,perforated rolls and other mainly equipment are similar with air-cushion headbox. A gravity head of stock is used to give the corrected by pond level.Open headbox's work speed is mainly slow.

The hydraulic headbox is suitable for the speed of 320-1200m/min. Pulp is evenly distributed through the cone-shaped main pipe to step-changing tube . The dilution water is injected into pulp before pulp enters the stepped tube for adjusting the concentration and to improve the quantitative of the entire paper web.
