Application
The main function of the press section of a paper machine is to reduce the moisture content of the web by mechanical extrusion and improve the dryness of the web when it enters the drying section. In addition, pressing can improve the surface quality of paper, increase the tightness of the paper, and improve the strength of the paper. The dewatering of the press section should be uniform along the width of the web. When the paper sheet is partially over dry or wet, it will produce the phenomenon that the local part of the web is too dry and crushed.

                          Vacuum Suction Press Roll

mostly used in medium and high speed paper machines to remove water and shape paper.. The upper roller of vacuum press is stone roller, and the lower roller is vacuum roller.
 

                            Blind Hole Press Roll

Blind hole press roller is also in the iron core roll rubber or polyurethane. Drilling surface covered with a hole diameter of 2mm, 12-15mm deep blind hole. Can also drill different shades of blind holes between two rows of white, blind hole press roller opening rate of about 25% to 30%, the eyelet volume than about 5 times the pressure roller, it can accommodate more press water.
 

 

                                 Groove Press Roll

the structure of groove press roll is stone roller and rubber roller. The spiral grooves with width of 0.5-0.6 mm, depth of 1.0-3.5 mm and groove distance of about 3.0-3.6 mm are cut out on the rubber layer of the cot with alloy steel knife.
