The forming board is the first element under the net of the chest roller of the paper machine, which plays the role of water removal to support the net and control the net section. The box is made of stainless steel, the substrate is super high molecular polyethylene or glass fiber reinforced plastic, and the panel is inlaid with ceramic.

Application

The special design of the forming plate is that it can be installed near the chest roller, or the chest roller scraper can be installed, it can move back and forth, can be adjusted to the appropriate slurry spraying point, so that it can achieve good paper industry formation and dehydration effect.

Material

The Forming board is composed of the box body and the panel, the box body is made of stainless steel, the panel is divided into: UHMPE panel, alumina ceramic panel, zirconia ceramic panel, glass micro crystal panel. According to different paper machines, different kinds of paper, different speed, customers can choose different panels.

6. The water film between the net and dehydration components, improving wear resistance, decrease network loss and energy consumption.
