Customized pneumatic rubber air cell/tube/bag/pipe

Rubber air tube/pneumatic tire/corrugated pneumatic tire/air cell are widely used in paper making, machinery, chemical industry, construction, electronics,  automobile, train, ship and other industries, all the facilities and parts that need travel control and isolation, shock absorption. It can be deflected, flexed and flexibly transmitted.
 

Classification

Sun Hong group supply paper-making dryer creping blade pressurized pneumatic tires (airbags), with complete specifications.

1.The normal temperature type is heat-resistant, and the temperature is within 100 oC. It is mainly used in domestic low-speed paper machines,

2.The heat-resistant type is mainly used in domestic high-speed paper machines and general imported paper machines,

3.The high temperature resistant type is mainly used in imported high speed paper machines.
 

Function

The structure of the vacuum roller is composed of a rotating roller shell and an internal fixed vacuum chamber. Between the rotating roller surface and the fixed vacuum chamber is sealed by a special wear-resistant sealing strip. The pressure of the sealing strip is determined by the air supply pressure of the pneumatic tube set in the sealing groove. Whether the equipment runs normally or not, the integrity of the vacuum roller sealing tube plays a vital role.
