D type hydrapulper is one of the most commonly used pulping equipment in the pulp and paper industry. Mainly disintegrates pulp boards, used books, and used cardboard boxes. Through dissociating, it can maximum make the paper's fiber dissociating into fiber bundles or single fibers, while at the same time, it can maximize maintain impurity's shape and strength.

Application

D-type hydrapulper is mainly used to break all kinds of pulp board,damaged paper and all kinds of waste paper.It is more suitable for pulping OCC,commercial waste paper continually or in batch. It can discharge the heavy impurities from a separately setting box so as to protect equipment from damage by heavy partials,and also discharge plastic pieces.

Main Feature

New vaux rotor strength hydraulic action and disconest fiber more effectively. Suitable for D-shaped vat,the way of generating turbulence in the conventional pulper has been changed, the turbulence is intensified and so the paper bale is quickly soaked into the liquid, in this way the moving path of waste paper in pulper is improved and the capacity of pulper increases.It can shorten the pulping time,reduce energy consumption and increase the specific capacity per unit of volume.

Structure

Tank
The tank is made by welded steel,outside of mouth is ultra high strength steel,which used to strengthen tank, in the bottom of cone have deflector, which can make the paper pulp reflux circulating. In the bottom of tank is impurity discharge outlet."D" type hydropulper has changed the way of flow ,make the material contact more quickly with the rotor ,and reduce bearting time greatly,and improve production capacity in the condition of without increasing the power and volume .

Outlet

Rotor and outflow pulp tray locate above the bottom of the tank ,forming a low pressure area around the outflow pulp tray,to reduce the contact between impurities and cutter or sieve plate ,and prolong the service life of the cutter and seive plate .

Cutter blade

The design of cutter blade between cutter and sieve plate prevents the twining of waste materials like wire and weaving,and reduce running current.

Sieve plate

Sieve plate used for screening paper pulp.

Belt wheel

A complete set of European standard belt wheel,can shorten maintenance time,improve work efficiency ,reduce operating costs.
