Breast Roll
Breast roll is the first roller on the paper machine, which is the beginning of the wire table. One of its functions is to support the formed wire. The forming net changes direction on the breast roll, and after passing through the breast roll, the non working face of the forming net becomes the working face. In many cases, the breast roll is also a dehydrated part of the net table, and the pulp on the breast roll can remove part or most of the water.
The breast roll is also a dehydrating part of the Web table. The pulp on the breast roll can take off part or most of the water.The dewater can be controlled by the landing point of pulp flow. If the pulp flow directly falls on the breast roller, a large amount of water can be removed, and part of the shape setting effect can be achieved. If the pulp flow is sprayed on the forming plate, the dewatering effect of the breast roll is very small, and the forming of the paper sheet is controlled by the table roller or dewatering plate.
Paper Support Roll
The paper support roller is mainly used for guiding and controlling the paper, ensuring that the paper runs smoothly according to the predetermined route. They can maintain consistency in linear velocity and prevent paper from shifting or twisting during operation
The paper support roller can protect the paper from damage or breakage. Through reasonable design and arrangement, the paper roller can effectively reduce the friction between the paper and machine components, avoiding the paper from being scratched or torn during operation
The paper support roller can also control the tension of the paper, ensuring the accuracy of the quality and quantity of the paper surface. In the middle section of high-speed paper machines, tension rollers are particularly important to ensure that high-speed paper does not break or deform
Stone Press Roll
Natural granite rollers are the main components used for pressing and dewatering in paper machines, and are widely used in various paper machines. Composite Rolls
Composite roller is a commonly used dewatering component on paper machines, with a large number of uniformly arranged water absorbing holes on its surface. The water absorbing holes are a trapezoidal structure with a wide top and narrow bottom, which can improve dewatering efficiency. The joint between the roller body and the connecting shaft is set, and the operating side shaft head and plastic sealing plate are used to ensure that impurities in the pulp do not affect the transmission efficiency of the connecting shaft during the rotation of the roller body
Size Press Roll
Size press roll is mainly used for sizing machines;its quality can directly impact on the paper coating uniform and both sides different.The low speed paper machines usually use a rubber roll and a chrome roll;the high speed paper machine uses two rubber soft rolls and hard roll.Control the paper sizing uniform by the height of rolls surface.
