Scope of Application:
In recent years, ceramic dehydration components have been widely used in the forming section of paper machines, such as forming plates, suction boxes, vacuum suction box panels, low suction box panels, hydrofoil belts, etc. Its use greatly improves the speed of the paper machine, the quality of the paper and reduces the cost.
Selection Principle:
In various paper machines, the quality of paper depends to a large extent on the forming and dehydration effects of the wet paper web. Therefore, the normal use of the forming box panel, moisture absorption box panel, vacuum water absorption box panel, and dewatering box panel of the paper machine has become an important issue in improving the quality of papermaking. Dewatering components not only determine the quality of paper forming, but also affect the service life of the forming wire and the economic benefits of the paper mill. Therefore, the selection of dehydration element material is very important. Ceramic dehydration components are high-tech products, which have high requirements for their design, materials, production, processing, assembly and maintenance. Excellent ceramic dehydration components should ensure that the dehydration curve and dehydration capacity of the paper machine are achieved and meet the process requirements of paper making. In addition, not only is the ceramic dehydration element itself required to have a long wear-resistant service life, but it is also required that the element can maximize the service life of the forming mesh.

Forming board
The forming plate is the first element under the wire behind the breast roll of the paper machine. The forming plate consists of a set of scrapers installed below the impact point of the pulp flow at the weir. There are usually 3-20 scrapers, and there is a certain gap between each scraper. The special design structure of the forming plate is that it can be installed near the breast roller or breast roller scraper. It can move forward and backward and adjust to the pulp spraying point to achieve good paper forming and dewatering effects. The forming plate consists of a box body and a panel. The box is made of stainless steel. Panels are made of alumina ceramic or polyethylene or PTFE. Customers can choose different panels according to different paper machines, different paper grades and different paper machine speeds.

High vacuum suction box
The structure of the vacuum suction box is reasonably designed and is a sealed structure. The air is extracted by the vacuum pump to transition the paper from low-pressure dehydration to high-pressure rapid dehydration, thereby accelerating paper drying and improving dehydration effect and paper shaping. Adjustable blocks are installed at both ends of the panel to adjust the suction width of the paper sheets. The adjusting block is also equipped with a lubrication device, which can reduce the friction coefficient and increase the service life of the net through clean water lubrication. The vacuum cleaner box consists of a box body and a panel. The box is made of stainless steel. Panels are made of alumina ceramic or polyethylene or PTFE. Felt suction cup
The structure of the blanket suction box is designed to be a sealed structure. Use a vacuum pump to evacuate air to accelerate paper drying, improve dehydration effect and paper shaping. Adjustable blocks are installed at both ends of the panel to adjust the suction width of the paper sheets.
