Asbestos Cement Tile Felt

This felt is used for making Asbestos cement tile. It uses special chemical fiber filament and blended felt yarn to twist the warp, and blended felt yarn to weave the base cloth. It is finished through multiple processes such as shrinking, fine-tuning, napping, and drying. It has the advantages of high warp strength, fine and soft felt surface, uniform sizing, fast water filtration, easy cleaning, good resilience and long service life. Asbestos Cement Tiles

Asbestos cement tiles are roof waterproof materials made from asbestos fibers and cement through plate making and pressurization. They are divided into three types of specifications: small, medium and large corrugated tiles. In addition, there are herringbone back tiles for covering the ridge that are matched with these three types of tiles.

Asbestos Cement Tile Felt is composed of base fabric and fiber layer. The base fabric generally accounts for 30%-50% of the finished product weight. The base fabric is made of nylon filaments as warp and nylon monofilaments as weft. The fiber layer is made of nylon staple fibers combed into a net, and then repeatedly pierced by the triangular needles of the needle punching machine, so that the fiber layer and the base fabric are firmly combined together. It can protect the base fabric and increase the water filtration effect.
