The felt is an important dehydration part of paper machine. The contact area between the dewatering panel of the original felt suction box and the felt is provided with a wear-resistant layer, which is made of alumina ceramic, glass and other materials. After being used for a period of time, the smoothness of these wear-resistant layers decreases due to wear, resulting in increased friction and damage to the felt. And the wear-resistant layer is fixed on the dehydration panel as a whole, and its replacement is more complicated.
