Screen Plate for Hydrapulper

The Screen Plate is a crucial component in the pulper machine, designed to filter out large, uncut particles from pulp during processing. Positioned between the stator and rotor, it acts as a strainer, allowing the pulp to pass through while contaminants are collected separately. 

Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Screen Plate operates continuously in water, ensuring efficient pulp processing without compromising on performance. Its reliable function helps maintain the quality of the pulp by preventing contamination.

Screen Plate for Fiber Separator

Fiber separators are mainly used for impurity separation, pulp residue separation, and pulp grinding in the pulp making process, and are suitable for production needs of different scales. The equipment uses sieve plates to screen the pulp, and the sieve aperture can be adjusted according to the needs.

The screen plate is made of stainless steel material, with a sieve aperture of 3.2 millimeters and an operating pressure of 1 megapascal. The sieve structure is conical.
