Doctor blade is a core supporting component for the drying, sizing and coating sections of paper machines, mainly used to remove paper lint, residual pulp and size from the surface of dryer cylinders, ensuring a clean cylinder surface, improving paper drying efficiency and surface quality. Our doctor blades are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials such as stainless steel and carbon fiber, through precision machining and surface treatment, featuring high hardness, excellent wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, good toughness and long service life.
