Durable rubber paper making air bellow air spring
Rubber air springs are commonly known as pneumatic tires, corrugated pneumatic tires, and airbags. It is a precision-designed rubber fiber bellows. It does not provide force or support load. Instead, it is filled with compressed air through an air compressor to achieve force transmission and elasticity.
The air spring supplied by our company is used in different sections of paper machine.
Application
The Air springs are applied in different kinds of applications in paper mills, where we can see the different functions that the air actuator provides in different parts of the paper manufacturing process:
1. Air spring used as an edge control system to align the bandage that carries the paper.
2. Tenses the web that carries out the paper.
3. Used as a press, to extract the humidity from the paper with the rollers located in the machine.

Problems&Reasons
Depression and deflating
Reason: The air pressure in the storage tank is too low to open the pressure protection valve, the air control line is leaking or blocked, the height control valve is not working
Air spring surface wear or abrasion
Reason: Due to insufficient clearance around the air spring, friction will occur between the spring and its parts, damage to the shock absorber, impurities stuck outside the piston of the air spring base, etc.
The upper seat plate of the air spring is dented.
Reason: The suspension height is too low, the air spring works under low air pressure for a long time, the height control valve fails or its flexible linkage loosens, the air spring model is not correct
Packing&Delivery
1. Wooden strips outside of the body with bubble film inside exporting to Europe. The wooden box will be fumigated.
2. We can pack it according to customers special request .
