Stainless steel paper making sector needle shower nozzle
In the paper mill, nozzles are needed for defoaming, cleaning and spraying. Fan shaped nozzles are widely used.
Generally two types of contaminant need to be cleaned from the felt or wire. Sticky substances (glues, latexes or hot melts) or fibres. Stickies will normally require high pressure solid stream nozzle showers to remove them. In most cases fibres can be cleaned with and array of flat fan nozzles.

Function
1. deforming, using hollow nozzles and spiral nozzles to eliminate froth in pulp.
2. Coating, the atomizing nozzle is installed on the coater and acts on the surface coating of the paper.
3. The edge of paper is cut by water with needle nozzle under high pressure.
4. The needle nozzle, fan nozzle and self-cleaning nozzle are used to clean the woolen cloth.
Classification
Single hole water needle:
1. The water type has a complete liquid column flow, no burr and scattered symptoms, and strong penetration.
2. The water outlet is designed to be sharp and thin, so that the nozzle body can adhere paper powder as little as possible.
3. The top of the nozzle is designed gently to solve the problem of nozzle blockage caused by paper powder.
Double hole water needle:
1. Double hole water needle 2 liquid columns parallel to direct injection, do not cross each other, spray stability;
2. Equipped with dust cover, to avoid the nozzle front end of paper powder contamination;
3. The position of spray hole can be adjusted manually;
4. The nozzle is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene, which is not easy to accumulate paper powder.
