We have a wide range of vacuum roller pneumatic types / tube with a diameter of 15mm-18mm-19mm-20mm-22mm-23mm-25mm-30mm-32mm. The wall thickness varies from 2 mm to 5 mm, and the special air nozzle for vacuum roller pneumatic tire has a variety of specifications.
 

Application

The structure of the vacuum roller is composed of a rotating roller shell and an internal fixed vacuum chamber. Between the rotating roller surface and the fixed vacuum chamber is sealed by a special wear-resistant sealing strip. The pressure of the sealing strip is determined by the air supply pressure of the pneumatic tube set in the sealing groove. Whether the equipment runs normally or not, the integrity of the vacuum roller sealing tube plays a vital role.
 

Classification

Working principle

The product is mainly applied to air cell-type blade fixture, conveying pressured air, facilitating regulation of the lineal pressure between blade blades and the roll surface, and buffering blade vibration.
