Product Description

Dryer Cylinder , heads and journals are made of special cast iron. Separate journals are bolted onto the dryer heads.
Dryer shells are ground on the outside and turned on the inside, while all dryer journals with steam or condensate
pipes have insulation sleeves.  
 

Working principle
 

The saturated steam from the steam header condenses inside the cylinder, releasing heat that raises the temperature of the cylinder and heats the sheet running over the surface of the roll shell.

The heat is transferred to the paper in the contact between the paper and the cylinder surface.
 

Repairment of wearing shaft head

1,Mold processing: make standard folio molds (bilateral or single-sided positioning);

2,Surface treatment: remove oil, sanding, cleaning, ensure the surface is clean, dry and solid;

3,Material blending: accurate ratio and even blending;

4,Application of materials: to ensure bonding, filling and thickness;

5,Install the mold: paint the mold release agent, install the fixed, to ensure that excess material is extruded;

6,Demold: After curing, remove the mold to clean up the excess material, the material can not be knocked, can be removed by grinding machine, file and other tools to meet the installation requirements.
