The multi-disc filter is widely used in waste paper recycling system and paper making industry. Through the filtering of white water, the recycling rate of fibers is pretty high. By adopting the vacuum coming from the drop leg extraction, and also with the helps from filtration media, Disc Filter separates the solid & filtrates and gets different quality filtrates divided by the distribution valve. Currently Disc Filter is widely used for white water recycling and pulp thickening. When used as saveall, it recycles water and fibers; when used for thickening, it achieves high production rate via unit machine but low fiber loss content. Outlet consistency can reach to 12%~14%.Its performance has successfully reached to the national advanced standards.

The filter bag of multi disc filter is suitable for fan-shaped filter plate of various types of multi disc filter.All our filter bags are designed and made to fit perfectly in demanding applications. To ensure absolute precision we use a computer-controlled laser cutter with coded dimensions.
Function of the Multi-disc Filter
1. White water treatment of paper machine, recycled pulp and filler (white water recovery)
2. Concentration of all kinds of pulp after screening or before bleaching, especially for low consistency pulp with poor filtration (pulp concentration)
3. The washing of pulp can spray the pulp layer on the roll out section plate for conversion washing (pulp washing)
4. Filtration of alkali recovery caustic white liquor and washing on white mud plate (white liquor filtration)
