Product Description
Hydrapulper
The pulper is a key equipment in the wet nonwoven and papermaking industries, mainly used for shredding pulp boards, damaged paper, waste paper, and fiber raw materials. According to different concentrations, raw material types, and production process requirements, pulpers are divided into medium concentration, high concentration, D-type and other series, with energy-saving rotor design, adjustable gap screen plate and other characteristics.

The design of the D-type pulper achieves optimal immersion of the slurry by changing the position of the vortex center, thereby allowing the rotor to come into contact with the pulp faster and more frequently.
It's mainly used for separating high concentration shredded waste paper and ink in the process of waste paper deintercalation.
1. Mainly used for crushing relatively clean raw materials such as wood pulp.
2. The pulp concentration can reach 5% -8%.
Screen Plate & Rotor for Hydrapulper
The Screen Plate &Rotor is used in hydrapulper or D-pulper or Fiber Seperator.
Rope Cutter
The rope cutting machine is matched with the rope twisting machine and is used to cut the rope twisted by the rope twisting machine. It has the advantages of dual hydraulic cylinder design, high shear force, overall frame design, and sturdy structure that can withstand heavy loads.
