Vacuum Press Roll
 

The vacuum press roller belongs to the press setting of the Press Department of the paper industry. It includes the body layer, the wall layer and the inner cavity of the roller shell. The main body layer and the hanging surface layer are provided with connected through holes, and the hanging surface layer is provided with blind holes.

 

Breast Roll

Usually, the breast roll is the first roller on the paper machine, which is the beginning of the wire table. One of its functions is to support the formed wire. The forming net changes direction on the breast roll, and after passing through the breast roll, the non working face of the forming net becomes the working face. In many cases, the breast roll is also a dehydrated part of the net table, and the pulp on the breast roll can remove part or most of the water.

 

Couch Roll

The vacuum couch roll on the fourdrinier paper machine is located at the place where the web of the forming fabric is removed, which is the end point of the working stroke section of the forming fabric. At the same time, it is an active roller wrapped by the forming fabric to drive the forming fabric to move.
In the cylinder paper machine, it refers to a pair of extruding and dewatering elements formed by the cylinder mould or the net drum, and the web paper layer is taken away by the wet felt.

 

Groove Press Roll

The structure of groove press roll is stone roller and rubber roller. The spiral grooves with width of 0.5-0.6 mm, depth of 1.0-3.5 mm and groove distance of about 3.0-3.6 mm are cut out on the rubber layer of the cot with alloy steel knife.
Compared with ordinary press, grooved press is easy to dehydrate, the linear pressure is lower and the thickness of rubber layer is increased. Therefore, the middle height of the roller can be reduced to avoid the high and uneven water content on both sides of the paper, resulting in the rib channel.

 

Blind Hole Press Roll

Blind hole press roller is another improved press roller developed on the basis of grooved roller in the 1970s. Blind hole press roller is also in the iron core roll rubber or polyurethane. Drilling surface covered with a hole diameter of 2mm, 12-15mm deep blind hole. Can also drill different shades of blind holes between two rows of white, blind hole press roller opening rate of about 25% to 30%, the eyelet volume than about 5 times the pressure roller, it can accommodate more Press water.

 

The guide roller is a common component in papermaking, and it plays the role of supporting the wire, wet felt, and dryer felt during operation.
The probability of the guide roller shaft head breaking during long-term operation is about 1% to 3%.
Shaft head breakage must be stopped and replaced, increasing maintenance work and losing some paper production.
